What are your Reward Dollars and how do they work?
Whenever you make a purchase you will earn 10% of the price of the product in reward dollars which remain in your account and can be used to reduce the total of your next order.

Example:
You purchase an item for $100
You earn $10 in Reward Dollars

In 6 months you decide to buy something else for $100 item.
You will get a $10 discount so only pay $90.

How can I check how many Reward Dollars I have?
1 - Click 'My Account' at the top of the page.
2 - Enter your email address and password.
3 - Then Click 'View Reward Points' to check your balance.

How do I convert to AUS size?
US sizes are roughly one size smaller than Australian so if your an Aus 8 then order a US9.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
We hold some stock here in Australia, if we have the item in-stock here it will dispatch in 1 or 2 days, if we have to order in from the US then its around 2 weeks to be dispatched from us.

How much is Delivery?
If your order is over $50 then delivery within Australia is FREE.
For orders under $50 delivery is normally between $10-$15 depending on the state.
Overseas orders will be priced on application.

Do you have a shop?
No, however we do have a small display where you can try on various styles and pickup orders.  This is at our residential premises in Pottsville Beach, northern NSW, approx 15 minutes from Coolangatta.

Yes, we finally had enough of Melbourne's weather and relocated in 2011...
 

Do you send overseas?
Yes, we regularly send to the US, Canada, Europe and NZ.

What if the size is wrong?
No problems, just re-package in the original box and send back to us at PO Box 245 Pottsville Beach, NSW 2489 with a note advising the size needed and we will exchange them. You will bare the cost for the return postage and we will bare the cost of re-delivery.

Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you are not happy with the item or simply change your mind and contact us within 7 days of delivery and can repackage in original unmarked packaging and item has not been worn then we will accept a return and refund you the product cost less original delivery fee.  You will be required to bare the cost of the return postage.
Please note: Bargain Bin items are non-returnable.

How do I order something which is not on the website?
Simply email us at admin@kinkyboots.com.au and we will either add it to the site so you can purchase online or we can do a sale over the phone on 0407 889 168.

What are Cryptocurrencies?
Cryptocurrencies are digital money, we currently accept BITCOIN, STELLAR LUMENS, BAT & many more. 
To get started with crypto you will need to open an account with an exchange.  Once you have an exchange account you can make a deposit and then purchase crypto's of your choice.  Kinky Boots & Bits is proud to be the first Australian shoe retailer where you can buy shoes with bitcoin and most alt coins.

We recommend Stellar Lumens (XLM) as it is fast and transaction fee's are under 1 cent.
You may wish to try using the BRAVE browser as rewards can be earnt by simply opening ads which are paid in Basic Attention Tokens (BAT) which you can use on our site.

What is AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is a payment method where you can get the item right away and make repayments of four equal payments over four fortnights.

What is HUMM?
Humm is a payment method where you can get the item right away and make repayments of five equal payments over five fortnights or ten equal payments over ten weeks.

What is LAYBUY?
Laybuy is a payment method where you can get the item right away and make weekly repayments of over 6 weeks.
